Research Group DSRG for teaching and scientific purposes
has at its disposal 3 computer laboratories professionally
equipped with the highest class devices of the electronic
market leaders (SUN Microsystems, Cisco, etc.)
The laboratories present 5 profiles:

adapted to practical classes with a use of terminals and
utilized for introducing students the issues of distributed
systems and environments of their implementation. |

Laboratory |

Separated
part of main laboratory with dedicated distribution cabinet
and training positions for setting various experimental
network configurations together. |

Multimedia
Laboratory |
 |
The laboratory
presenting selected issues of multimedia technologies,
equipped with devices for processing and sending audio
and video streams. |

Network Security Laboratory |
 |
The new laboratory
planned to be open soon. It will enable studying both
fundamental problems and advanced techniques of managing
the network security. |

Mobile
System Laboratory |
 |
The laboratory
that will be soon available for needs of studying issues
of wireless communication, mobile technologies and usage
of robots. |
The laboratories are used during various study courses: Distributed
systems, Implementation Environments of Network Services,
Computer networks, Multimedia systems and soon also: Software
engineering of distributed systems, Mobile systems. |
